On 20 December 2021 the organizer of the Advertising and Printing Trade Fair RemaDays Kyiv 2022 launches another edition of the “Gifts of the Year” contest, the aim of which is to select and promote the most popular promotional gift items.
Earn a positive brand image and achieve a better price identification of your products.
Products may be submitted to the contest free of charge by the exhibitors of the 12th edition of the Advertising and Printing Trade Fair RemaDays Kyiv 2022.

PIRZES AND DISTINCTIONS
In each price category the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded to advertising articles that have received, respectively, the highest total number of votes.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE „GIFTS OF THE YEAR” CONTEST
The “Gifts of the Year 2022” contest is organized by the company GJC International Sp. z o.o. sp. k., which is the publisher of the specialist magazine for the promotional products industry Gifts Journal and the organizer of the Advertising and Printing Trade Fair RemaDays.
The „Gifts of the Year 2022” title is awarded in five categories:
1. Bulk products – up to the amount of 15 UAH. Impulse products – up to the amount of 50 UAH.
Loyalty program promotional products – up to the amount of 300 UAH. Premium products – up to
the amount of 1 500 UAH. Deluxe products – from the amount of 1 500 UAH and higher.
In the first stage of the voting 10 products with the highest number of votes will be selected from each category. In the second stage of the voting 3 prizes will be awarded (for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place).
1st place – product with the highest total number of votes obtained in the second stage of the voting.
2nd place – product with the 2nd highest total number of votes obtained in the second stage of the voting.
3rd place – product with the 3rd highest total number of votes obtained in the second stage of the voting.
Information about the winners of the contest will be disseminated in the advertising community through a newsletter sent to the entire database of the Organizer and with the informational support of the media patrons. The results of the contest will be published on the www.remadays.com.ua website.
In the case of circumstances beyond their control (in particular such as: force majeure, decisions of government authorities), the Organizer reserves the right to make changes in the course of the Contest, its terms and conditions, and the individual rules of its conduct, in order to preserve their ability to effectively conduct the Contests, without prior consultation and compensation.
Submissions for the Contest will be accepted from 20.12.2021 to 22.02.2022.
Only the exhibitors of the RemaDays Kyiv 2022 trade fair are entitled to submit their products for the contest.
Everyone who is eligible to participate in the Contest is entitled to submit any number of products in each category. The registration of products for the contest will be possible through the links provided by the Organizer. The first three products registered by each contest participant who is an exhibitor will be accepted free of charge. The fee for each subsequently submitted product is 500 UAH gross.
The photo of the product submitted to the Contest may not include visible company logos.
The registration of products for the contest will be possible on the www.remadays.com.ua website, through the registration form.
The product registration form contains the following required fields:
– product name
– product description (up to 500 characters, without information about the producer or the company name),
– a picture of the product (without background and the producer’s logo),
– the full name of the company and location
– the name and surname of the person authorized to submit the products to the contest
– the telephone number and the email address to the person authorized to submit products for the contest.
During the vote the contest list posted on the website will only include product-related information such as the name, description, and picture of the product. Contents containing information about the producer will not be included.

VOTING – 1ST STAGE
The voting will take place between 28.02.2022 – 9.03.2022
Each company entitled to vote will receive an email, sent by the Contest organizer, containing a unique link to the online voting form on the www.remadays.com.ua website.
Only the representatives of companies registered in the Contest Organizer’s database are authorized to vote. They shall be informed about the Contest and the voting rules in the electronic form, i.e. in newsletters and e-mails sent to the Organizer’s entire advertising industry database and in advertising industry media cooperating with the Contest Organizer.
Each voter may cast a single vote for any number of products from the contest list.
In the 1st stage of the vote 10 final products with the highest total number of votes obtained on the Internet will be selected for each contest category. The finalists will participate in the vote at the RemaDays Kyiv 2022 trade fair.
The results of the vote will be published on the www.remadays.com.ua website
Companies whose products have qualified to the 2nd stage of the voting will be informed about the results of the contest by e-mail or by telephone on 9.03.2022 – 11.03.2022. The Organizer will also inform the participants about the need to deliver the products that have qualified to the final stage of the contest to the RemaDays Kyiv 2022 trade fair at the IEC International Exhibition Centre in Kiev, Brovarskoy Prospect 15, 02660 Kiev, where there will be placed in showcases and prepared for the 2nd stage of the voting.
The products from the final ten will be presented in showcases at the IEC International Exhibition Centre in Kiev during the RemaDays Kyiv 2022 trade fair.
VOTING – 2ND STAGE
The voting will take place during the RemaDays Kyiv 2022 trade fair at the IEC International Exhibition Centre in Kyiv. The votes will be cast on forms which will be available at the exhibition on 15-17.03.2022
The visitors may cast one vote for any products from the list of products that qualified for the 2nd stage of the contest.
The voting will end on 17.03.2022 at 12:00. The awarding of diplomas to the winners will take place from 14:00 on the last day of the exhibition i.e. 17.03.2022
COLLECTION OF THE PRODUCTS SUBMITTED FOR THE CONTEST
The collection of the products submitted for the contest will take place on 17.03.2022 at 17:00-18:00. The participants are required to collect the products on their own. The Products will be available for collection from the Organizer. In the event the participant fails to appear at the time specified by the Organizer in order to collect the products, the Organizer shall not be responsible for the return of
