INTERNATIONAL ADVERTISING AND PRINTING TRADE FAIRS REMADAYS KYIV 2021 – REGULATIONS FOR VISITORS
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. The RemaDays trade fair is organized by the company FLP Slawomir Giefing, GJC International Sp. z o.o. sp. k. – the Publisher of the Gifts Journal quarterly, the European Suppliers Book, and The Great Book of Advertising and Printing УКРАЇНА РЕКЛАМНА.

1.2. The provisions of these terms and conditions apply to all the entities using the services of the company FLP Sławomir Giefing, GJC International Sp. z o.o. Sp.K. (which is hereinafter referred to as the Organizer). These entities are hereinafter referred to as the Participants of the RemaDays trade fair – Exhibitors or Visitors.
1.3. The Participants of the RemaDays trade fair – Exhibitors or Visitors – may include business entities within the meaning of the regulations on conducting a business activity (e.g. natural persons conducting a business activity, commercial law companies, etc.).
1.4. The exhibition venue is the IEC International Exhibition Centre in Kiev, Brovarskoy Prospect 15, 02660 Kyiv.
1.5. The area of the trade fair may only be accessed by adults.
1.6. The duration of the trade fair: from the 26th of May 2021 to the 28th of May 2021.
1.7. Opening hours for visitors: 26 to 27 May 2021 from 10:00 to 17:00. 28 May 2021 from 10:00 to 16:00.
2. PARTICIPATION IN THE REMADAYS TRADE FAIR
2.1. Visitors may participate in the trade fair on the basis of the following documents:
a) an invitation received by e-mail
b) an invitation received by mail
c) an entry ticket purchased during the trade fair
d) After prior arrangement with the Organizer and the payment of appropriate fees, the Visitors may use the service of the distribution of leaflets by a hostess.
2.2. By entering the trade fair grounds the Visitor provides consent for the use of their image in connection with the production, presentation, advertising or use of video, photo, audio recordings from the trade fair/event and/or any element of events presented in the media coverage around the world.
2.3. All Visitors attending the trade fairs organized by FLP Sławomir Giefing, GJC International Sp. z o.o. Sp.K. and leaving their business card agree to receive commercial information sent out electronically by FLP Sławomir Giefing, GJC International Sp. z o.o. Sp.K. and partners.
2.4. Immediately after arriving at the trade fair grounds, the Visitors should come to the Visitor Registration desk in order to collect the identification badges authorizing them to enter the trade fair grounds.
2.5. By entering the trade fair grounds the Visitor accepts these Terms and Conditions and undertakes to abide by their provisions.
2.6. Admission to the trade fair grounds is only possible on the basis of an entry document (identification badge) and is subject to inspection.
2.7. Visitors are only allowed to stay at the trade fair grounds on the dates and within the opening hours of the trade fair.
2.8. Visitors are prohibited from carrying out any commercial activities, acquisition activities, propaganda activities, and fund-rising activities which are not agreed with the Organizer, as well as activities which are inconsistent with the applicable law.
2.9. The distribution of leaflets by a hostess, referred to in point 2.1 (d) of the terms and conditions, is only possible under the following conditions:
a) the Visitor holds the sole responsibility for hiring the hostess;
b) the “hostess” shall be understood as one person. Any non-standard attire of the hostess (e.g. a costume) and any additional accessories (e.g. a backpack, a frame rack, a flag) requires the prior approval of the Organizer;
c) the use of carts, suitcases, boxes, and electronic devices such as computers by the hostess, is prohibited;
d) the distribution of promotional materials by a hostess in the immediate vicinity of the stands of Exhibitors who are the market competitors of the Exhibitor using the services of a hostess is prohibited
e) it is prohibited to conduct any promotional campaigns that are detrimental to the competitors;
f) any violation of the conditions of using the service of a hostess, and in particular any proven promotional activities carried out to the detriment of the competitors, shall be punished with a contractual penalty in the amount of 10 000 UAH, imposed by the Organizer.
3. ORDER AND SAFETY REGULATIONS
3.1. The Visitors entering the venue of the trade fair are prohibited from:
a) bringing in any weapons, ammunition, explosive and toxic chemical substances and objects the use of which may endanger the safety of persons staying at the fairgrounds;
b) bringing in any animals;
c) disturbing the public order (e.g. through aggressive behavior);
d) bringing in, consuming and distributing alcohol and other stimulants / drugs;
e) destroying the trade fair infrastructure (e.g. sticking advertisements on walls or floors);
f) painting and covering their face in any way or wearing any body decorations preventing the identification
of persons participating in the trade fair, regardless of the nature of their participation;
g) using the documents of other Participants of the Trade Fair for any purpose;
h) littering the halls and open areas with their waste (food and beverages packaging, cigarette butts, chewing
i) leaning against the elements of the stands, advertising structures and other elements of the interior decorations;
3.2. The Visitors are obliged to:
a) comply with the signs designating the fire protection zones;
b) dispose of any waste generated by themselves and to place it in the appropriate locations;
3.3. The participants of the trade fair are obliged to refrain from any activities that could reduce the level of fire safety.
3.4. In matters of occupational health and safety that are not covered by these terms and conditions, the general provisions of the Ukrainian law, the provisions contained in the regulations of the IEC facility and the safety instructions that should be observed by all trade fair participants and companies producing stands
3.5. The advertising of companies or services and the distribution of any promotional materials at the IEC facility is only permitted after obtaining the consent of the Organizer and after the payment of the relevant fees. The distribution of any materials without the written consent of the Organizer is subject to a penalty of 10 000 UAH for each disclosed form of distribution.
3.6. Photographing, filming and preparing drawings of individual stands or exhibits for commercial purposes requires the prior consent of the given Exhibitor.
3.7. Any posters, stickers and other printed advertising materials placed in the exhibition halls without permission will be removed during the trade fair at the expense of the Visitor.
3.8. The Organizer reserves the right to make announcements with the use of the PA system.
3.9. Any lotteries, contests, quizzes, etc. may only be organized after obtaining the Organizer’s written consent and shall be subject to the fulfillment of requirements resulting from the relevant regulations.
3.10. The Organizer reserves the right to remove from the trade fair venue any persons whose behavior violates the provisions of the trade fair terms and conditions, including the order and safety regulations applicable in the given location, as well as any persons whose behavior hinders or prevents the proper conduct of the trade fair.
3.11 The Organizer reserves the right to verify at any time the documents of the Participants authorizing them to stay within the trade fair grounds. In the event it is determined that a Visitor uses the documents of another Participant or uses forged documents, the Organizer reserves the right to remove such participants
from the Trade Fair venue at their own expense. The Organizer is entitled to ask the Participant to provide a proof of identity in order to confirm the compliance of data resulting from the Participant’s other documents with their personal information.
4.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage to the Visitors caused by third parties or resulting from the own fault of the injured parties.
4.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages to the property of the Visitors caused by third parties, by the injured party themselves or by force majeure (e.g. fire, explosion, flooding, etc.)
4.3. Visitors registering for the trade fair assume full responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted information, including the consequences of providing incomplete or incorrect data, especially email addresses.
